My writing

  • Kapa haka is traditional in nz.Kapa haka is a group of people who do action songs and haka’s.Kapa haka means group and dance it is a important avenue for moari people to express their identity through song and dance so let me show you why it is very important everyday and good for you.

  • Firstly you can interact with other people it makes you connected to others helps you express yourself more in nz giving you more confidence to be strong in prefromances and be a role model to others who do not know how to speak moari.

  • Secondly kapa haka helps with showing your identity who you are the essential element of whanaungatanga-close connection between people it’s kinship helps during pronunciation of maori words.

  • Thirdly kapa haka performances involve choral singing, dance and movements associated in the hand-to-hand combat it helps you step by step in your actions giving you more energy and connections in your brain.

  • I strongly recommend that every day of a kiws life should be filled with moari words and kapa haka because one it helps with interaction with others two showing who you are three new connections in you brain that is why kapa haka is very important and good for you.
